Center Stage Dance Company Picture Schedule 2012
Friday, April 27th & Saturday, April 28th 2012
| All pictures are taken on the stage in the Batavia City Centre (mall). Parents are asked to wait on the main floor and not to come up on the stage. It goes faster and everyone can see better when there are fewer people on the stage. Please let the professionals do the posing and the picture taking. Tom (photographer) & the CSDC Staff have been doing this for many years. We will make sure we catch that special smile along with those untied shoes, underwear sticking out & the bracelets they forgot to take off! |

| You will need a separate envelope for each picture that you have taken, but it is ok to write one check. Picture envelopes will be provided during costume week and available at pictures. |

| The attached schedule cannot be changed because of the number of people it would involve switching. If you cannot make the scheduled picture time(s), please see Miss Patti and/or Miss Lisa for information on alternative options. Again, pictures are optional. |
| We understand that there are some conflicts with class times and scheduled picture time slots. We did our best in creating a schedule with few class/picture conflicts. Please remember that pictures are optional. If you have a class/picture conflict and you wish to have your child take part in pictures, you may choose to pull your child from class for the 15-minute picture time slot and then have them return to class. Teachers are aware of these conflicts and any 15-minute absence due to pictures will be understood. |
· The way that you style your child’s hair is your choice for picture day. You do not need to follow the mandatory recital hairstyle. However, if you choose to NOT wear a headpiece and/or any accessory for an individual photo, we will require you to wear it for the group photo to keep everyone looking uniform for their group photo.
· Wearing make-up is optional for photos, however we have found in the past that without make-up children look washed out and pale in their pictures.
· The correct tights and shoes are required for their pictures.
· Reminder: We try as best as we can to stay on schedule. Please do not assume that if we are running late before you leave for a break/lunch that we will still be running late when you come back. There are times we run behind, and then have a chance to catch up. We have been very good with staying on schedule in past years, and plan to again strive to stay on schedule.
· We are not responsible for any students who miss a scheduled time slot. We will not run ahead of schedule for the obvious reason that some students may not be ready or arrive early.
· Please note: There is time set aside in the schedule for special photographs. Due to time restraints, we cannot take special pix of friends/cousins/sisters/etc out of order.
· Parents of small children are asked to stand close by incase they need you for comfort. CSDC Staff is not responsible for supervising students or getting students dressed/ready during picture day.
· Parents are responsible for supervising their own children during picture days. The City Centre (mall) does not allow children to be left unattended and they do not like children to run, play, tumble, climb on furniture, and etc. while in the City Centre concourse.
· In no event shall Center Stage Dance Company, its owners, employees or other representatives be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of attendance at this dance company, recital and/or rehearsals.
