Each dance season culminates with
a recital performance. This gives the students an opportunity to take pride
in their hard work and accomplishments. Detailed recital information,
including dates, times, location, recital ticket, recital fee, performance
schedules, rehearsal outlines, hair and makeup requirements, convenience
orders (videos, flowers, etc.) will be provided at a later date.
Recitals and associated rehearsals dates and times are set at the discretion
of the studio owners and are dictated by many factors that include but not
limited to availability of venues. Additional,
nominal, recital costs may include specific tights, accessories and/or
costume alterations.
In no event
shall Center Stage Dance Company, its owners, employees or other
representative be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential
damages arising out of attendance at this event and/or rehearsals.

Please note that when choreographing a
production number with a large number of students, sometimes the
schedule has to be changed or altered. We will send e-mails to notify
you of any changes 2-3 days before a scheduled practice. It is your
responsibility to check that e-mail and make changes on your end. We
will not be calling you personally as there are too many students to
notify. |

NOTES regarding Finale:
-
Tuition
needs to stay current or we will ask you to drop out. This is an
“extra” dance you chose to try-out for knowing there were extra fee’s
involved. If payment is consistently late or unpaid, we ask your
child to sit out until it is paid which counts as an absence.

Students
need to arrive on time, dressed in dance attire for Finale Practice.

The City
Centre closes at 5 on Saturday’s, if we ever have a late practice
please remember that after 5 you cannot get into the mall.

As noted
above, this production number involves a large number of students so
calendars and practice times may need to be changed or altered after
calendars are passed out, if so, it’s your responsibility to check
your emails before a practice for any messages or time changes.

Students
are allowed to miss 2 practices, after that you will automatically be
dropped from the number with no refund.

You are
responsible for attending all scheduled practices at the studio and
all rehearsals and recitals at BHS. Your two allowed misses are not
applicable to rehearsals and recital. If you miss a rehearsal you are
dropped from the show.

Please be
ON TIME for pick up as this is usually the last class of the day. If
you are consistently late to pick up your child they will be asked to
drop out.

If you
miss, you must
get a make-up lesson before coming to the next session. If you miss
Finale class, you need to call the studio and leave a message for the
finale assistant to meet you before your next class. Patti & Lisa do
not give make-up lessons.
