Click here for more detailed explanation of our Placement Policy Studio Meetings Center Stage holds studio meetings (for parents/adults only) to discuss questions, comments and concerns throughout the dance season. Please check postings for dates. All meetings are optional. Insurance Requirements The parent or legal guardian is
responsible to maintain health insurance coverage for the student and it is
understood that Center Stage Dance Company is not responsible to cover the

Account Balances Any and all payments made to CSDC will be applied to any unpaid balance prior to ordering apparel or any other non-tuition/non-costume item Your account must be current at the time of try-outs for SDTQ or Finale Past due accounts/Unpaid balances may prevent your child from continuing dance lessons with CSDC, please don't jeopardize your child's dance experience. Tuition Payments In addition to all other policies indicated in our Handbook. Because of the many unique family structures, it has been increasingly more difficult to track payments and appropriate discounts. Due to this we must ask that we receive only one payment per student/family for all tuition payments, costume payments and other fees regardless of the number of responsible parent(s). We will no longer accept separate or partial payments from multiple parents. This will insure that your child or children receive the correct family discount. Recitals Each dance season culminates with a recital performance. This gives the students an opportunity to take pride in their hard work and accomplishments. Detailed recital information, including dates, times, location, recital ticket, recital fee, performance schedules, rehearsal outlines, hair and makeup requirements, convenience orders (videos, flowers, etc.) will be provided at a later date. Recitals and associated rehearsals dates and times are set at the discretion of the studio owners and are dictated by many factors that include but not limited to availability of venues. Additional, nominal, recital costs may include specific tights, accessories and/or costume alterations. In no event shall Center Stage Dance Company, its owners, employees or other representative be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of attendance at this event and/or rehearsals.
